Rachael and Kelly Mires from Trifecta ( [link] ).
I personally found I drew Kelly not so good here, but Rachael looks cool =)

Rachael Mires is only 18 but is already an accomplished martial artist and winner of many a tournament.
She has a popular following of fans and is a well known
movie actress in many martial art films having appeared in them since she was young.
As if you haven't guessed she comes from a rich upbringing.
Rachael however isn't a snob, actually she is very helpful to others and offers advice to anyone asking, even helping fellow fans (who she always enjoys meeting going out of her way to meet them).
Rachael also has her own sports clothes label
'Sport Tech' and is mainly seen wearing some clothes labeled with it.

Kelly on the other hand is slightly older at 19 but is just as good as Rachael when it comes to fighting tournaments. Kelly however studies in Kick-boxing and uses a more
balanced style as opposed to Rachaels speedy fighting type.
Many times they have met in a tournament which always draws a large crowd but although rivals they are
friendly about it and can be found exchanging tips outside the fighting scene.
Kelly was bought up with a more normal upbringing and so hasn't been seen as much as Rachael, Kelly though is already well known as she suddenly appeared on the
fighting scene and has won many titles already.

Kelly and Rachael are not related in any way, even though many fans have speculated it.
They are constantly asked the question wherever they go.

(note the above info might contradict with what is on Trifecta, this is due to me changing their bio's recently to what you see above)

Reminds me a lot of Racheal from the game "Martial Champion"...I'm not sure anyone even remembers that game.

Yah I remember that game. Racheal's a cool chracter =3

Checking the game out on MAME, the name and messy hair are kinda similar, but everything else I'd say are different.

It seems you did some changes in Rachael's hair. Both girls are awesome, I guess Kelly is my favourite Mires girl! Are they in the same "universe" as Rai?

I guess they are. As for Rach's hair, yeah I made it a little more 'messy' looking, I thought it looked cute that way =)
